Shipping:
When will I receive my order?After you have submitted your application successfully, our customer service team will perform a verification process and inform you as soon as possible by calling or SMS. After successful verification (timeframe: within 24 - 72 hours after requested date), you can expect to receive your order within the specified timeframe shown for each product on the product detail page.
Refund and return policy:
Defective products or products with quality issues are not entitled to return, only repair and exchange. However, if it still does not match your expectations after that, you are entitled to a full refund
If you want to cancel as you have changed your mind without trying repair or replacement, it will cost you shipping fee and 50% down payment
Any defective item must be reported within 48 hours after receipt. If not, that means the product was in good condition and within specifications. Any report after the allowed period will be treated as a warranty case, not a defective item
48 hours after order confirmation, advance payment is non-refundable if you wish to cancel before receipt.
Customers cannot keep money for the order, either you receive and pay the full amount and then contact our customer service in any situation or you refuse to receive the product.
For any requests or inquiries please get back to us. Sea Gel must be informed immediately of any contract or agreement between the customer and the manufacturer by the next day at the latest during working hours, otherwise Sea Gel is not responsible in any way for such transaction or agreement.
In the event of a wrong delivery of an order (not the one you ordered), the customer is entitled to a full refund without any costs including shipping or replacement fees.
What happens once we receive the returned items?
The quality check is processed based on the reason for the return submitted to our customer service team. If for any reason you wish to inspect a different part/function of the returned item other than what was communicated to you during your interaction with the Customer Service Team; The return cycle time will be renewed. (6-10 business days)
If your product matches the above conditions, return requests can be submitted by calling our customer service team, emailing us, or by having the product team write to us through our shipping partner.
Product(s) returned without contacting our customer service team will be returned to you upon locating your address in our records.
In the event that the returned product does not meet the above conditions, it will be rejected and shipped back to you. If the delivery (return to you) fails due to unavailability or is refused by you, it will be stored in our facility for 3 months, after which you cannot claim it.
After a quality check is performed on the returned product (6-10 business days required), you will be able to proceed with one of the options:
Exchanging your product for another product that is sold
Refund the price paid by one of the refund methods below:
Redeem the coupon, and send it to your email to use on your next purchase
Credit card refund (if the order was initially paid for with a credit card)
Postal transfers. (For residents outside Cairo/Giza only) (5-7 working days required)

In the event that you are unable to collect it yourself, please provide a copy of the personal identification - of the person who will collect it on your behalf - to our customer service team. This person will have to sign a Proof of Delivery to confirm that your money has been returned to you.
